Mini-Biography: Katya became Senior Weyrwoman in I6T199 when her gold Perith was the first to rise after the previous Weyrwoman, Amora, had stepped down. Perith was initially caught by bronze Kimandeth, ridden by K'nar. However after only 6 Turns, L'ros' bronze Redith caught Perith. Katya and L'ros remained Weyrleaders for much of the 7th Pass. In P7T45, Katya stepped down, naming Iella as her successor.
